In Memoriam – Arlene Blosch

Arlene Blosch, of Mays Landing, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 24th at the age of 72. Arlene is survived by her son, John W Campbell Jr. (Kim); her daughter, Debra A Holden; and her grandson John Campbell. She left behind a sister, Delores Campbell McNeill and many friends. Arlene is predeceased by her parents, John & Arlene Campbell of Philadelphia PA, her husband Donald R Blosch; and sister Laurie Campbell Sexton. Arlene is best known for always being on the go.

If she wasn’t traveling to a far away land she was helping plan community events such as the Hometown Celebration or Wine Festival. She was known in the community as the lady in purple. She was a member of the Mays Landing Merchants Association, Woods Landing Social Committee as well as countless nonprofit and community organizations. Arlene worked for Preferred Travel since her move to New Jersey, prior to that she owned her own agency for 25 years. She was a church elder at the Mays Landing Presbyterian Church as well as a member of Christian Women’s Connection. She found joy in making others happy.
